• We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Duties
• Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services
• Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
• Maintain customer records by updating account information
• Utilize communication skills to build strong customer relationships
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Requirements
• Fulfill & Pack Orders
• Organize Warehouse Proficient in English; multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to type efficiently
• Experience in customer service, sales, or call center environments is preferred
• Familiarity with office equipment and procedures
• Strong problem-solving abilities
