CRM Administrator Mercy University Tarrytown, NY Tarrytown, New York, United States Staff Full-time $26 to $32.50 Join Mercy University’s Dynamic IT Team as a CRM Administrator! Mercy University, a leading institution of higher education, is seeking a talented and passionate CRM Administrator to join our Information Technology team. This exciting opportunity is based at our beautiful campus in Tarrytown, where you’ll play a pivotal role in managing our customer relationship management (CRM) system. As a CRM Administrator, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our CRM platform, which is essential for streamlining our interactions with students, faculty, and stakeholders. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing our data management processes, ensuring data integrity, and providing training and support to users across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the configuration, customization, and maintenance of the CRM system to align with the university’s evolving needs. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and implement solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. 3. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure seamless adoption and effective utilization of the CRM platform. 4. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices to optimize data quality and system availability. 5. Leverage data analytics and reporting capabilities to provide valuable insights and drive data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:
