Digital Marketing Assistant PMD 611 Main Street, Boonton, NJ 07005 This position will start as part time, with future potential of full time as the company grows. PMD, a Full-Service Advertising Agency located in Boonton New Jersey, is looking for a qualified Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team. You will work side by side with our Art Director, Director of Digital Services and Social Media Coordinator to manage client social media pages, reputation management, maintain websites and execute e-blasts. As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you should have excellent multitasking skills to handle assisting the varied tasks in the digital marketing space of a fast-paced advertising agency. Responsibilities Monitor client reputation review sites and reply per company policy Gather/generate, manage, create, and publish original, high-quality content to Facebook, Instagram, Linked in etc. Assist with monitoring and maintenance of client websites Assist with preparing and sending e-blasts Communicate with designers to ensure content is informative and appealing Weekly client website reviews Prepare weekly and monthly reports Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practices Learn and understand manufacturer and legal compliance guidelines to apply them to client assets and websites Requirements Proven work experience as a Social Media Strategist or Social Media Manager Hands on experience using social media for brand awareness Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics Familiarity with web design and publishing Familiarity with CRMs and E-blasts Excellent multitasking skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to learn and execute new processes If you are passionate about digital marketing and have the skills required for this role, we would love to hear from you.
