Bakkafrost USA is looking for a Marketing Associate to join our passionate and international sales and marketing team! As part of the Bakkafrost family—an international food-producing company—you’ll play a key role in developing and promoting one of the world’s most trusted seafood brands. What You’ll Be Doing:

Collaborating with our international sales and marketing teams to drive brand and product messaging. Acting as our in-house brand manager – ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Creating impactful marketing materials using Adobe Suite tools like InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Supporting product development and packaging design . Leading or supporting digital marketing campaigns: social media, online advertising, and web analytics.

Assisting in customer education efforts:

online, in-house, and on the road. Organizing and supporting trade shows, events, and exhibitions . Helping our sales team with presentations, marketing collateral, and prospecting tools. Managing multiple projects simultaneously – you’ll be our very own Marketing Octopus. Travelling across the U.S. and internationally to support business goals.

What You Bring:

Strong team spirit and willingness to collaborate in an international setting . Hands-on experience with the Adobe Creative Suite – especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Proficiency in Microsoft Office , including Excel, Word, and Power BI. Strong organizational skills – you’re a master planner. A good eye for photography is a big plus! Understanding of brand management and consistent visual storytelling. Ability to educate customers and communicate clearly across mediums. Passion for food, marketing, and a desire to grow in a global, purpose-driven company .
