Forty7 is a digital online auction house for fine jewelry and watches, inspired by New York’s legendary 47th Street. We offer a curated, trustworthy, and seamless experience for buyers and sellers of unique pieces, signed jewelry, and modern classics. As we grow, we’re looking for a part-time team member to help expand our presence online and build awareness around the brand.
Role Overview:
We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media & Content Marketing Assistant to support our content creation, community engagement, and digital storytelling. You’ll work closely with the founder and visual team to help bring the Forty7 brand to life across platforms.
Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest Write engaging, on-brand captions and support brand voice consistency Create reels, story content, and product spotlights using tools like Canva or CapCut Research social trends, hashtags, and competitor activity Track engagement and performance metrics (basic reporting) Assist with marketing calendar, email campaigns, and creative brainstorming Occasionally support influencer outreach or creator partnerships
Qualifications:
1-3 years experience in social media or content marketing (internship or freelance OK) Strong writing and visual storytelling skills Comfortable using Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools Familiarity with luxury, fashion, or fine jewelry is a plus Organized, proactive, and self-motivated Flexible availability; ability to meet weekly content deadlines
Bonus Points For:
Experience with paid ad campaigns or email platforms (like Klaviyo or Mailchimp) Experience working with small or early-stage brands
