To acquire the necessary and appropriate information to facilitate the admission of the resident to the facility from home, hospital, or other facility and to complete the documents necessary for the admission process. RESPONSIBILITIES

The Director of Marketing will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with acute-care hospitals, health systems, discharge planners, case managers, rehabilitation centers, and assisted living facilities Work with physicians and hospital discharge planners to arrange a smooth transition to the facility Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, social workers, discharge planners and other referral sources Analyze referrals to ensure facility can meet resident’s needs adequately with direction from D.O.N. The Director of Marketing will help develop and implement a marketing strategy for the facility with our regional marketing team as well as managers in the field
