This dynamic individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure each business vertical’s online presence, outbound communication and marketing efforts align with its goals
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
:
Digital Strategy Development:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies (encompassing web, social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, paid advertising, content marketing and other relevant existing/alternative/new channels) to create fully integrated multimedia campaigns and programs that drive brand awareness, lead generation and sales across all digital channels.
SEO and SEM:
Monitor and optimize website performance, ensuring high visibility in search engine results pages (SERPs) through SEO and SEM strategies.
Campaign Management:
Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives, promotions and online advertising campaigns (including paid social media advertising and Google Ads), optimizing for ROI and KPIs.
Email Marketing:
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns (including newsletters and automated workflows) to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Marketing Automation & Database Management:
Operate as the company’s marketing automation specialist and maintain the company’s email marketing database.
Content Creation:
From writing and storyboarding to editing and designing, create compelling and relevant content (e.g., e-blasts, posts, videos, infographics and more) to engage audiences across digital platforms.
Analytics & Reporting :
Track and analyze key performance metrics, maintain digital dashboards, carry out pricing assessments, conduct competitive research and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Website Execution:
Update WordPress sites and other web properties to ensure accuracy of content and branding, plus ensure the smooth operation of the company’s websites by performing basic maintenance tasks, resolving issues and optimizing website performance.
Social Media Management:
Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engagement with our audience.
Critical Thinking:
Apply critical thinking skills to assess challenges and opportunities in the digital marketing landscape. Identify creative solutions, evaluate data/results and adapt strategies for optimal outcomes.
Innovation:
Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies and recommend innovative new ways to reach and engage our target audiences.
Collaboration:
Work closely with our team of digital, marketing and sales professionals to execute integrated marketing campaigns and foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Budget Management:
Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to achieve maximum ROI.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field. 4+ years of professional experience in B2C digital marketing, with a strong track record of successful campaigns. Expert knowledge of digital marketing concepts, multimedia platforms, best practices and SEO/SEM techniques and tools. Proficiency in analytics and data-driven decision-making. Experience with program development, email marketing, marketing automation, paid advertising, website maintenance, social media marketing and content marketing. Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, WordPress, Elementor, Google Analytics, Looker Studio and other digital, web analytics and marketing tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Superb creative thinking, analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong project management skills. Up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and emerging technologies. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Exceptional attention to detail. Multimedia skills (photography, videography, animation, design, etc.) are a plus.
Physical Requirements:
While performing this job, the employee is required to do occasional lifting (25lbs), carrying, walking and standing. Primary responsibilities include dexterity to operate a computer keyboard and office equipment; vision for reading, recording and interpreting information; and speech communication and hearing to maintain communication with employees and members of the public. The position responsibilities are typically carried out in an office setting. Up to 20% travel to represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, key client presentations and research is required.
