In this role, you’ll report to the Corporate Director of Social Media & Digital Engagement, while partnering with park marketing teams to bring influencer campaigns to life. The candidate should be well-versed in existing and emerging social media platforms and trends, knowledgeable on up-and-coming influencers and media outlets, and can act as a resource to the team with fresh and original ideas that can position the brands as competitive leaders within the industry.

You will:

Manage, develop, and execute global influencer strategies to maximize digital visibility, press coverage and positive consumer engagement Collaborate with internal cross functional teams to align and execute strategies that support the needs of the business Develop creative briefs for influencer campaigns Manage annual budget and track KPIs for influencer initiatives Develop recaps and reporting to evaluate ROI on influencer campaigns Partner with park PR/social teams on “trade” influencer programs, establishing consistency and maximizing outputs Provide comprehensive global communications for local markets guidance & implementation, including: influencer toolkits, experiential activations, creative mailers, etc. Partner with Legal as needed on influencer contracts, usage rights, etc. Partner with corporate paid media team and media agency on strategy & logistics for whitelisting/boosting influencer content Involvement with partners (i.e. Coca-Cola) on co-branded influencer campaigns throughout the year Manage library/sourcing of UGC from influencers and park fans Perform other duties as assigned What is takes to succeed: 2+ years experience within the theme park, travel or hospitality industry preferred 2+ years in influencer management or related field 4 year degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related field Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills, developing and maintaining relationships with park marketing teams Experience with managing budget, negotiating rates, and building recaps to better understand ROI Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics and other influencer marketing platforms (i.e. Upfluence) Strong written and oral communication skills with attention to detail Demonstrated project management and organizational skills
