- Develop and execute annual marketing strategies to meet revenue targets and growth opportunities
- Direct and supervise the creation and maintenance of comprehensive marketing calendars across various audiences
- Collaborate with media agencies to create impactful marketing, advertising, and go-to-market strategies
- Utilize strong strategic planning and project management skills to advance key initiatives
- Develop engaging promotions to meet business objectives
- Provide strategic direction for media agency on marketing strategies and target audiences to meet Resort KPIs
- Ensure timely completion and trafficking of advertising and creative deliverables
- Analyze media analytics to develop plans and recommendations based on insights and results
- Conduct thorough resort analysis to understand business drivers, brand health, and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing team, cross-functional teams, and agencies to discover valuable guest insights that inform growth plans
- Develop and maintain budget allocations in cooperation with senior marketing personnel
- Effectively lead and develop team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis to understand customer behavior and preferences.
- Demonstrable experience in using Google Analytics for tracking website traffic and user engagement metrics.
- Proven ability to create, manage, and evaluate advertisements across various platforms.
- Strong understanding of brand awareness strategies and ability to implement them effectively.
- Experience in comprehensive campaign planning and execution, including digital and traditional marketing techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey marketing strategies to team members and stakeholders.
