Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop acomprehensive patient engagement strategy and plan, aligningefforts across channels to provide a seamless, personalizedexperience.
  • Lead all patient education initiatives related to thelaunch of the subcutaneous formulation of Sarclisa with a novelon-body delivery system.
  • Leverage patient insights to createsupportive and empowering engagement tactics that resonate withpatients’ unique needs.
  • Serve as the single point of contact forcollaboration with Patient Support Services (PSS), ensuringalignment and coordination of patient engagement activities withmarketing engagement. Lead the creation and execution ofpatient-centric campaigns that align with the brand’s objectivesand therapeutic goals.
  • Develop messaging that is clear,empathetic, and tailored to foster patient understanding andempowerment.
  • Design and deploy a strategic content plan andchannel mix to maximize reach and engagement with patients.
  • Oversee the development and management of patient-facing productwebsites, banner ads, apps, etc., ensuring they are informative,accessible, and engaging.
  • Lead patient ambassador programming /patient centered events
  • Monitor engagement and performancemetrics to assess campaign effectiveness, using insights tooptimize strategies and resource allocation.
  • Continuously adjustand refine content and channel approaches based on performance datato enhance patient experience and outcomes.
  • Work closely with PSSand PAPA teams to integrate support offerings and improve patientaccess to resources, enhancing overall patient experience andsatisfaction. About You
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanceddegree in business or life sciences preferred.
  • Marketingexperience required. Oncology experience preferred.
  • Exceptionalcommunication and analytical skills, with a focus on high-impactexecution and results.
  • Proven success in customer-centricmarketing strategy development and cross-functional leadership.
