To execute these customer tailored solutions andestablish long term partnerships, you collaborate across diversecross functional teams to bring together capabilities acrossmedical, health information technology, marketing, market access,patient advocacy and third-party vendors. The Head of StrategicSolutions Marketing will report to the General Manager, USRespiratory Franchise, and work in close collaboration with brand,sales and transversal partners. These partners including UScommercial colleagues, Franchise Marketing teams, Sales teamsacross all channels, Medical, Public Affairs, Market Access andFinance, as well as Global and Alliance partners. - Connect brandimperatives with customer insights (current and predicted needs) toidentify short and long term partnership opportunities for keycommercial and federal customers
- Develop tailored partnershipproposals that integrate solution offerings from across Sanofi’scross functional capabilities, including Medical, Research, HealthInformation Technology, Population Health and patient advocacy, andpresent business cases to senior executives
- Work with theIntegrated Account Team (IAT) and the customer in developing anoptimal plan for effectively implementing, communicating andimproving patient care that is aligned to appropriate goals andKPIs and customers capabilities
- Build and execute a roadmap forgrowth opportunities creating outcomes-based feedback loops tomonitor performance and enable iterative learning and continuousimprovement. Incorporate these metrics into business reviews forinternal and external customers.
- Create content, includingtailored pitch decks, that will resonate with executive levelleaders at key customer accounts (eg. health systems and federalcustomers)
- Support brand planning processes providing insights,customer and market, and partner play to win opportunities
- Provide input on rationale and decisions on pricing, positioning,promotion, distribution, market research, regulatory and othertopics which impact partnership opportunities
- Build and maintainstrong relationships with internal teams and key externalstakeholders, including healthcare providers, patients and advocacygroups
- Collaborate with transversal partners to ensure alignmentof partnership imperatives across the value chain
- Create astakeholder strategy to showcase best practice collaborationexamples, via white papers, webinars, podcasts and industryassociation meetings to establish Sanofi as a partner of choice
- Develop budgets in proportion to their impact on revenues toachieve the greatest profit contribution.
- Routinely expandrelationships with key opinion leaders and customers to uncoveropportunities, which enhance value to customers.
About You BasicQualifications:
- BS in business administration or life sciencesrequired
- 10 years experience in pharmaceutical or healthcaresector
- Demonstrated ability to apply marketing and digitalsolutions to deliver brand and customer objectives
- Experience anddesire to work in a fast paced dynamic environment
- Strongcommunication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or masters
- Experience working in or with large Integrated Health Systems,Group Purchase Organizations, Physician Buying Groups, Payororganizations
- Previous consulting experience
- Exceptionalbusiness acumen, strategic agility, strong analytical andconceptual thinking combined with entrepreneurial qualities andabilities
