Sales & Marketing Manager – Green Bay or Madison Position Available In Middlesex, Massachusetts

Key Responsibilities Sales & Outreach Build and maintain relationships with referral sources including senior living communities, realtors, social workers, estate planners, and healthcare professionals. Follow up with prospective clients and referral partners to convert leads into booked services. Represent SEGUES at networking events, expos, community fairs, and senior centers. Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand needs, explain services, and generate estimates (as needed). Marketing Develop and execute marketing campaigns (digital and print) to increase visibility and engagement. Manage and update the companys website and social media channels with relevant content. Create and distribute newsletters, flyers, and other promotional materials. Identify opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and speaking engagements. Track and report marketing effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed. Team Collaboration Work closely with leadership and operations team to align marketing efforts with service capacity and client needs. Help prepare branded materials for client consults and presentations. Provide input on service enhancements and market trends.

Qualifications Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in a service-based or senior-focused industry). Strong interpersonal and communication skillsprofessional, compassionate, and confident with diverse audiences. Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in social media, email marketing tools, and basic design (Canva, Constant Contact, etc.). Valid drivers license and ability to travel locally for networking and client visits.

Preferred Experience Familiarity with the senior living industry, downsizing, or move management services. Background in public speaking, event planning, or community outreach.
