Social Media Manager / Marketing Manager Food Truck Festivals of America LLC 247 Washington Street, Stoughton, MA 02072 About us Are you an outgoing person? Are you looking for a fun environment to work? Food Truck Festivals of America LLC is a small business in Stoughton, MA. Our goal is to successfully run Food Truck & Craft Beer Festivals across the United States. We are an event marketing company that handles the entire operation from booking food trucks to supplying ice for the beer tents for family friendly events.

Duties:
  • Creating press releases, maintaining media contacts list, social media content daily on Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Twitter,TikTok, etc.
  • Manage and maintain office files and documents
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service at the front desk
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events for upper management.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency. In charge of getting mail and mailing out when needed.
  • Interview, hire, supervise and provide guidance to interns throughout the year.
Skills:
  • Proficient in file management systems and organizing documents
  • Familiarity with phone systems
  • Experience with social media
  • Excellent front desk etiquette with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively manage calendars and schedule appointments
  • Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Exceptional phone etiquette with excellent communication skills 20-30 hours per week with the possibility to turn into full time.

11a-4p would be an ideal time frame…but not set in stone. We are flexible on the days you work this shift. The ability to work New England Festivals and learn to run front gate is a plus. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills. The ideal candidate should have experience in office management. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective interaction with staff and vendors. The ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure is crucial for success in this role.
