Content Email Marketing •The team works on site in Boston, MA 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday). Work will be 40 hours per week•Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive global content strategy aligned with business objectives.
Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring high performance and ROI.
Utilize Adobe Workfront and Adobe Analytics to track campaign performance and content effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
Oversee the content creation process, including copywriting, design, and multimedia production.
Analyze market trends and audience insights to inform content strategy and campaign improvements.
Work with the Paid Media team to amplify content reach and drive traffic to digital platforms.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, particularly in regulated industries. Qualifications Proven experience in content strategy and campaign management, preferably in a global context.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Workfront and Adobe Analytics.
Experience with paid media strategies and execution.
Exceptional content creation skills, with a portfolio demonstrating a range of formats.
Knowledge of financial, healthcare, or other regulated industries is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams.
BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
