Key Responsibilities and Skills KOL Engagement:

Build and strengthen relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) through effective communication and initiatives.

Peer-to-Peer Interaction:

Facilitate meaningful and educational engagements among healthcare professionals.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

Lead and drive critical initiatives across diverse teams to achieve organizational goals. Global and U.S.

Exposure:

Demonstrate experience navigating complex markets on both local and international scales. 10+

Years of Expertise:

Utilize vast experience in pharma/biotech marketing, consulting, and healthcare professional engagement, particularly in medical education. Compensation Our client offers a highly competitive package, with a base salary ranging between $210,000 – $240,000, plus bonuses and long-term incentives (LTI). Location This role is based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, with the flexibility of in-office work 2-3 days per week.
