This director-level role is focused onour insurance software business and is a people manager position.
The successful candidate must have significant knowledge andexperience in the insurance industry and possesses excellent oraland written communication.
Responsible for leading external solutionstrategy and communicating portfolio capabilities of the insurancebusiness, ensuring alignment of business priorities and objectives.
A key part of this role will be building and leading a team ofsubject matter experts in the insurance field who develop andcommunicate DXC’s product vision to the customer community,industry analysts, and internal stakeholders. The team will beresponsible for developing GTM strategy, new product launches, andcontent initiatives.

Ensures DXC Insurance Software & BPS attains and retainsleadership in completeness of vision and ability to execute. Interfaces with customers and sales organization to driveproduct direction and ensure capabilities meet market and customerneeds. Collaborates and works closely with ISB Leadership, RegionalManagement, Sales, Customers, Product Owners, Delivery, andCorporate Marketing.
