Your role:

Global Relay are looking for a capable and strategic problem solver who has a passion and enthusiasm for all areas of marketing. You will understand how digital and offline tactics fit into a wider campaign and an understanding of the sales and marketing partnership in relation to your work. You have a track record of planning and executing highly effective programs across various products and solutions (ideally within B2B technology). The successful candidate will take the executional lead on marketing activities, working collaboratively with the wider marketing team, with support from the Senior ABM manager and wider marketing team. A good knowledge of general marketing practices including planning, messaging development, creative, execution and ROI tracking will be key to this role.

Your responsibilities:

Execute and optimize data-driven strategy and programs to achieve business goals Collaborate with leadership team and other senior stakeholders to define marketing plans Partner closely with sales teams to ensure strong marketing and sales alignment Deliver research and analysis to drive marketing strategies Develop and deploy multi-channel marketing campaigns, including supporting creation of strategy, messaging, aligning internal teams and project managing execution Iterate and optimize campaigns based on data and analysis of previous campaigns and tactics Provide ongoing reporting, campaign insights and pacing towards goals to stakeholders Partner with Campaign Managers, Field Marketers, Strategic Sales and BDRs to build strategic marketing motions Work closely with marketing ops to support high-performance marketing tools and integrations About you: 3+ years’ experience in Marketing role (ideally in B2B and or B2B Technology) Highly organized and efficient with the ability to develop and execute against an evolving plan Team player that can work both collaboratively and autonomously within the Digital Team Strong project management, time management, prioritization and organizational skills Experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously Demonstrated ability to achieve results working cross-functionally with sales, marketing and product teams Proactive self-starter, demonstrating high initiative and critical thinking Proven ability to think strategically, with exceptional attention to detail in execution Experience using technology such as intent solutions advantageous, ideally Demandbase but open to experience in other platforms Support the ongoing development of Ideal Customer Profiles Experience using marketing automation software (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred) Experience working within CRM & Sales software (Salesforce) Experience with multi-touch attribution reporting Please note: The role title may be offered at Junior Marketing Manager level, depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications What you can expect: At Global Relay, there’s no ceiling to what you can achieve.
