  • Our client, a major player in the toy and game industry, is seeking a leader to develop and execute integrated global marketing strategies that strengthen brand positioning, drive consumer engagement, and support category growth.

This role will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful communications, innovative product plans, and licensing initiatives aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.

Location:

Onsite – Pawtucket, RI Start Date 6/29/2025 End Date 3/31/2026 Pay rate $43-$49.50

  • Duties & Responsibilities
  • + Provide integrated marketing support to high-profile brands + Develop integrated global consumer communications strategy based on key brand initiatives, anchored in consumer insights and aligned with brand and entertainment strategy + Create extensive category plans to ensure the brand has a meaningful long-term consumer position and achieves maximum volume, profit, and growth + Assist with analysis and interpretation of product, brand, and category performance data, collaborating with the research team to inform strategy + Develop primary communication vehicles across advertising, PR, online, and other consumer touchpoints to boost sales + Contribute to the entertainment and licensing strategy by building strong relationships with internal design staff and external partners + Create go-to-market templates to translate global marketing strategies into regional execution + Ensure timely and consistent communication of brand activity and key updates to internal business partners + Act as the key liaison for all licensing-related business matters + Oversee regional merchandising activities to align with the category plan and channel growth opportunities + Collaborate with Design and Development teams to build an innovative toy line that supports the toy strategy and retailer priorities + Lead and coordinate with cross-functional partners to implement effective marketing programs + Maintain current knowledge of consumer, product, and marketing trends and the competitive landscape + Work with leadership to ensure the brand maintains a relevant long-term consumer position + Perform complex and varied work requiring discernment and integrated solutions within a broad technical and business context + Provide guidance and training to junior staff as needed •Skills & Qualifications•+ Expertise in transforming a strategy and vision into impactful plans + Ability to communicate clearly and inspire a shared vision to achieve results + A detailed understanding of the steps vital to bring products to market + A proven understanding of digital marketing and a desire to be on the forefront of digital trends and analytics + Expertise in developing groundbreaking media, licensing, advertising, and promotions campaigns + Proven ability to influence and negotiate to gain a desired outcome for the client + Leadership and people management skills creating a strong team while developing long-term career growth for your directs + Curiosity and a keen interest and ability to learn and evolve + Ability to work under time pressure and adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment + Senior – Requires technical and business knowledge in multiple disciplines/processes •Education & Experience•+ Minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience supporting a fully coordinated marketing product development + Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Advertising, or related field; MBA strongly preferred •To Apply•Use the link at the bottom of this page to apply.
