Senior Brand Manager

    Provide integrated marketing support to our high-profile brands.

Develop integrated global consumer communications strategy. Develop extensive category plans for the brand, ensuring the brand has a meaningful long term consumer position and achieves maximum volume profit/growth. Assist with analysis of products, brand and category performance. Develop primary communication vehicles in advertising, PR, online, etc. Contribute to the overall entertainment and licensing strategy of the brand through development of successful relationships with internal design staff and external providers. Create go-to-market template to deliver global marketing to regional level. Provide timely and consistent communication of brand activity and key information to internal business partners. Act as point person/key liaison on all licensing related business matters. Oversees regional merchandising activities relative to category plan.

  • Develop and deliver a global marketing plan based on key brand initiatives, anchored in consumer insights and aligned with brand and entertainment strategy.
  • We work with Design and Development to build an innovative toy line that is passionate about the Toy Strategy and enhances channel growth opportunities and global retailer priorities.
  • Lead and work with important cross-functional partners to implement effective marketing programs across various consumer touchpoints for boosting sales.
  • Maintain current knowledge of consumer, product, and marketing trends and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze and interpret category data while collaborating with the research team to inform the strategy.
  • Work with the leadership team, ensuring the brand has a relevant long-term consumer position and achieves maximum volume profit/growth through product strategy and development.
    Required Education
  • Minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience supporting a fully coordinated marketing product development.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Advertising, or related field; MBA strongly preferred.
    Senior
  • Requires technical and business knowledge in multiple disciplines/processes. Typically possesses 6+ years of relevant work experience
  • Expertise in transforming a strategy and vision into impactful plans
  • Ability to communicate clearly and inspire a shared vision to achieve results
  • A detailed understanding of the steps vital to bring products to market
  • A proven understanding of digital marketing and a desire to be on the forefront of digital trends and analytics
  • Expertise in developing groundbreaking media, licensing, advertising, and promotions campaigns
  • Proven ability to influence and negotiate to gain a desired outcome for Hasbro
  • Leadership and people management skills creating a strong team while developing long-term career growth for your directs
  • Curiosity and a keen interest and ability to learn and evolve
  • Ability to work under time pressure and adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment
    Desired Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Advertising, or related field; MBA strongly preferred.
    Desired Years of Experience
  • Minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience supporting a fully coordinated marketing product development.
