We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and forward-thinking Marketing Director to join our management team and lead marketing efforts across all business units. Position Overview This role involves strategic marketing leadership and execution. You will design, manage, and implement cross-channel marketing campaigns for a diverse set of businesses—ranging from real estate to homebuilding and remodeling to landscaping—while also working closely with ownership to coordinate projects, streamline communications, and support project follow-through. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Execution Develop and implement marketing plans for each business unit (real estate, homebuilding, landscaping, magazine) Lead branding, messaging, and content creation efforts across digital and traditional platforms Create marketing materials: brochures, flyers, email campaigns, landing pages, display graphics, print ads, video campaigns, etc. Plan and manage social media content and advertising (Meta, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) Launch and monitor paid ad campaigns on Google AdWords and social media platforms Maintain SEO/SEM strategies to increase visibility and drive lead generation Utilize CRM and marketing tools (e.g., Follow Up Boss, Propertybase) to execute drip campaigns, newsletters, and automated workflows Leverage AI tools for content, automation, and strategic planning Plan and coordinate events, trade shows, and in-person tours Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and adjust accordingly Maintain organized documentation, project timelines, and contact records in CRM systems Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate, new home construction, media, or service-oriented businesses Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google AdWords, Meta Ads, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) Familiarity with CRM systems (Follow Up Boss, Propertybase, or similar) Strong understanding of social media, email marketing, and digital content development Exceptional copywriting and visual communication skills Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Experience in SEO/SEM and lead generation funnel development Strong project management and analytical skills Preferred Qualifications Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) Background in real estate, retirement community marketing, or homebuilding marketing Knowledge of HTML, website management, or video editing is a plus Sales or advertising experience is beneficial Familiarity with the lifestyle and values of the retirement buyer demographic What We Offer Opportunity to own and lead marketing across a growing family of brands Direct collaboration with leadership in a supportive and creative work environment Competitive salary, annual bonus, and paid time off Flexible work schedule and access to in-house support staff A beautiful workplace in a lakefront, amenity-rich community you’re proud to represent
