Do you have a proven track record of success in writing blog content that drives traffic, creating content for social media platforms to increase followers and engagement, and/or drafting engaging email campaigns? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic team as a Content Marketer for our national industrial staffing agency. You will play a key role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and audience engagement through high-quality content. You will collaborate across departments to execute our content strategy, support podcast initiatives, and optimize our digital channels.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Create compelling and well-researched blog content that aligns with our target audience to drive inbound leads Distribute content across various social media platforms to drive engagement and increase brand awareness. Podcast production support, including conducting research to identify and reach out to potential podcast guests, writing episode blog posts, social media posts, emails, etc.
What You Bring To The Table:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field preferred. B2B experience required. Experience using marketing and sales technology such as HubSpot and Salesforce. Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices preferred. Experience in content marketing – writing blog content, social media management, email marketing, etc. Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail. Experience or interest in podcast production support: Guest identification, outreach, and communication Strong knowledge of social media platforms (mostly LinkedIn and Facebook) and content management systems. Creative mindset with the ability to generate unique content ideas. Strong organizational and time management skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
