Event Branding Specialist Position Available In Suffolk, Massachusetts

Description We are looking for an experienced Event Branding Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping branding strategies for indoor and outdoor venues. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, overseeing branding opportunities, and maintaining detailed product information to ensure an exceptional customer experience. The role also requires travel up to 30% and offers a fully remote work environment with competitive compensation (up to 90K + 3-5% bonus).

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with venues, clients, and external marketing agencies to ensure successful branding initiatives.
• Conduct site surveys to evaluate branding opportunities, take measurements, and ensure compliance with venue specifications.
• Collaborate with the Product team to create 3D virtual environments showcasing event-specific pricing, visuals, and specifications.
• Manage and update venue branding product data in the Product Information Management system to highlight available offerings.
• Partner with finance and estimating teams to document costs while upholding profit margins.
• Support the National Director in building a robust network of graphic suppliers and maintaining vendor partnerships.
• Establish and implement best practices for materials selection, graphic installation, and shipping logistics.
• Perform root cause analyses to address process or product-related issues and execute effective resolution strategies.
• Keep venue floor plans and data repositories accurate and up-to-date for operational efficiency. Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, branding, or event production.
• Proficiency with Google Drive tools including Docs, Sheets, Chat, and Meet.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Airtable and cloud storage platforms like Box.
• Experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools such as Excel and Google Analytics.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% as part of the role.
