Our mission is to deliver effective and engaging driver safety training through advanced simulation technology. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a part-time Marketing Specialist to help execute our marketing strategy and support our sales team. About the Role We’re seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Specialist to support all aspects of our marketing efforts—from digital campaigns and content creation to sales support and lead generation. This is an ideal opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, small team environment and wants to make a tangible impact. Key Responsibilities Design marketing collateral such as brochures, one-pagers, and email campaigns Manage and update website content (WordPress or similar platform) Execute and monitor digital campaigns (email, LinkedIn, Google Ads) Assist in lead generation by identifying potential customers and building outreach lists Coordinate social media scheduling and content creation, including video production Support sales team with tools, presentations, and marketing materials Analyze and improve campaign performance and report on key metrics Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B or education/government sectors Strong writing and design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.) Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms Organized, independent, and able to manage multiple priorities Experience working in small teams or startup-like environments What We Offer Flexible hours Opportunity to shape marketing strategy in a growing business Collaborative, fast paced work environment Potential to grow with the company as we scale
