Reporting to the Sr Manager, Owned Media Operations this role will assist with day-to-day operations and strategic development of our loyalty programs, direct mail initiatives, and website marketing (SEO and general website engagement). This role requires strong collaboration with Creative and other Marketing Centers of Excellence (COEs), as well as the Merchandising and Planning departments to ensure cohesive and impactful customer experiences.
Position Responsibilities:
Assist with daily operations of the loyalty programs for both brands to drive engagement with existing members, acquire new customers into the program and analyze performance for optimization. Coordinate communication plans for loyalty members across email, SMS, site experience, direct mail, in store and customer service to ensure cross channel alignment. Contribute to the development of all direct mail and website marketing initiatives beyond the loyalty programs. Partner with Creative, Marketing COEs, Merchandising, and Planning to ensure integrated and effective marketing initiatives. Track KPIs, analyze data, identify trends, and provide regular reports and recommendations on program performance. Support innovation within owned media through executing testing strategies followed by analysis for further implementation. Continually explore opportunities to improve the loyalty programs and associated benefits and communication strategies with a goal to increase their value to the business. Day-today contact with external vendors and agencies working on owned media programs. Opportunity for exposure into all owned media marketing channels with the ability to learn its impact on the omnichannel ecosystem.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree 0-2 years of experience in digital or traditional marketing. Experience with CRM programs (including Email and SMS), direct mail, site marketing/merchandising and/or SEO. Experience working in cross-functional environment, managing multiple critical tasks with competing priorities and differing stakeholders. Proven capability to communicate and build strong relationships with multiple levels and departments within, and outside, an organization. Experience in a high-paced environment driven by the necessity to keep up with the ever-changing digital marketing industry and continuously strives for improvement. Proven skills in reporting and analyzing data, using Microsoft Office suite of products, including a working knowledge of spreadsheet functions. Travel may be required, based on business needs. Adhere to regular in-office presence, including to engage in in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration.
