What You’ll Do Engage homeowners face-to-face while Canvassing Generate high-quality sales leads in assigned neighborhoods Clearly communicate company offerings and promotions Log homeowner data Attend regular trainings and team meetings Represent the brand professionally at all times Consistently hit or exceed lead generation goals What We’re Looking For Age 18 or older Strong communication & people skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Physically able to walk 3-5 miles/day Reliable transportation Comfortable navigating mobile apps

Availability:

Monday-Friday:

11 AM•9 PM At least 4 weekend days/month: 3 PM•9 PM 5 total workdays/week Compensation & Perks We reward great performance — and we don’t cap your potential.

Base Pay:

$17.25•22.00/hour

Annual Income Potential:

$72,000•130,000+ Not a commission-only position — steady base + bonuses
