Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking Marketing Specialist to elevate the brand presence of both CV Engineering and AMK Properties. In this dual-focused role, you will partner closely with the leadership teams to craft integrated marketing strategies that resonate across diverse markets. Your creativity and digital skills will be key in connecting with target audiences, amplifying our brand narratives, and accelerating our expansion efforts in both sectors. Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Campaigns :

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that highlight the unique value propositions of CV Engineering and AMK Properties individually.

Collaborative Planning :

Work in tandem with leadership from both companies to design and launch multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and market adoption.

Market Research :

Conduct thorough market analysis to unearth emerging trends and identify new opportunities within engineering services and property management.

Content Development :

Create engaging and tailored content for various platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and newsletters.

Digital Marketing Management :

Oversee digital marketing initiatives, focusing on SEO, SEM, and social media advertising, to optimize visibility and engagement.

Performance Measurement :

Utilize analytics tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness, derive actionable insights, and refine marketing strategies accordingly.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Establish and nurture robust relationships with industry partners, clients, and key stakeholders to bolster our market presence.

Event Coordination :

Represent our brands at industry events, trade shows, and local networking opportunities, further reinforcing our market positioning. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Professional Experience:

Demonstrated marketing experience, preferably with exposure to engineering/industrial services or property management sectors.

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) with a track record of managing successful online campaigns.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, paired with a talent for crafting compelling narratives.
