Role:
We’re seeking a dynamic, tech-savvy professional to join our team as a full-time Technology & Marketing Specialist. This individual will serve as an in-house trainer and creative resource for our agents, helping them better utilize the tools available, build their personal brands, and stay compliant with real estate marketing guidelines. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, a fast learner, and a natural teacher who is passionate about both technology and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one training and support for agents on a wide range of technology platforms (CRM, MLS tools, marketing software, digital transaction systems, etc.) Develop and lead in-person and virtual tech and marketing training sessions across multiple offices Assist agents with marketing strategy, design, and implementation for listings, personal branding, and social media Stay informed on current advertising rules, ethical marketing practices, and industry compliance standards Create and maintain training materials, tutorials, and agent-facing resources Troubleshoot technical issues and help agents adopt new systems and processes Travel regularly to all office locations for in-person appointments and training
Work Schedule & Availability:
This is a full-time position and the specialist is expected to be available during normal business hours (Monday through Friday). Occasional evening and weekend appointments may be required, based on agent availability and training needs. While consistent availability is important, there is some flexibility in scheduling to accommodate personal needs and travel between office locations.
