We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Proposal and Marketing Content Specialist to support and execute marketing, proposal, and business development initiatives in alignment with Leonard S. Fiore, Inc.’s strategic goals. This role is pivotal in enhancing company visibility, driving new business opportunities, and supporting internal communications and branding efforts. Duties and Responsibilities Business Development Committee Support Coordinate scheduling and logistics for bi-weekly Business Development Committee (BDC) meetings. Assist in preparing meeting materials and agendas; track progress on action items and strategic goals. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities. Analyze warm, media, and jurisdictional leads; participate in Go/No Go decision processes. Track lead outcomes and business development activities using Insightly and OneDrive. Proposal & Pursuit Marketing Prepare RFPs and RFQs for final approval from senior-level pursuits, marketing, and estimating teams. Develop customized marketing collateral, including brochures, resumes, and qualifications packages. Maintain and organize the proposal content library for consistency and accessibility. Support and coordinate logistics for client presentations and interview preparations. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all proposal documents and submissions. Project-Specific Marketing Oversee consistent jobsite branding, including signage and visual elements. Coordinate photography and video for active and completed projects. Update project pages and marketing databases with relevant information and milestones. Assist with planning and execution of project-related events such as groundbreakings and ribbon cuttings. Collect and manage project-specific client feedback and reference letters. Marketing Administration & Support Create and update internal templates, marketing documents, and presentations. Collaborate with graphic design resources to develop high-quality marketing materials. Maintain brand standards across all marketing deliverables. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the A/E/C industry. Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills. Familiarity with RFP/RFQ processes and marketing production tools. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Insightly, OneDrive, and basic marketing software. Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively.
