DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST JOB SUMMARY
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving eCommerce conversions, qualified web traffic, and in-store visits through optimized digital campaigns. This role is central to our omnichannel marketing strategy, with hands-on responsibility for paid media, SEO, content development, copywriting, and event-based promotions. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in driving customer engagement, improving conversion rates, maximizing ROAS, and generating leads that contribute to revenue growth. This role collaborates across eCommerce, marketing, creative, content, and analytics teams to deliver integrated, performance-driven campaigns. Paid Media / PPC Campaigns Manage paid campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Optimize for conversions, ROAS, and lead quality using A/B testing, targeting strategies, and bid management. Align campaigns with in-store promotions, eCommerce goals, and regional initiatives. Monitor budgets, allocate spend efficiently, and adjust based on performance metrics. SEO & Local Optimization Support on-page SEO (titles, meta descriptions, headers) and update Google Business Profiles. Execute local SEO strategies to boost store visibility and organic traffic. Use SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console) to monitor rankings and uncover optimization opportunities. Content Development & Copywriting Write persuasive ad copy and promotional messaging for digital ads and event campaigns. Ensure consistency in voice and messaging across all paid channels and platforms. Audience Targeting & Segmentation Build and refine audience segments using behavioral, demographic, and geographic data. Implement retargeting, lookalike, and geo-targeting strategies to improve relevance and ROI. Event & Promotional Campaigns Develop digital campaigns for product launches, in-store events, and seasonal activations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure multi-channel promotion and high event engagement. Analytics & Reporting Track KPIs including ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversion rates, traffic, and revenue attribution. Use tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Agency Analytics to measure impact. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize campaign performance and ROI. Skills & Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, performance advertising, or SEO. Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads. Strong understanding of SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Google Search Console). Skilled in copywriting for digital ads, event campaigns, and promotional content. Experience with CRM and CMS tools like HubSpot, Klaviyo, WordPress. Data-driven mindset, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns. Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot. Experience in retail, eCommerce, or consumer-driven industries. Familiarity with store visit tracking and drive-to-store digital strategies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field. Minimum of five years of management experience in warehouse, fulfillment, and operational leadership roles. Proven experience in senior leadership, including strategic planning, policy development, and budget management. Five years of experience with distribution and logistics systems preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
