Key Responsibilities Develop Strategic Initiatives:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and implement effective digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
Lead Generation:
Contribute and help manage campaigns from concept through execution, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet performance objectives.
Monitor and Evaluate Campaigns:
Track key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights to optimize results. Adjust strategies as needed to improve performance and optimization to achieve desired outcomes.
Manage CMS System:
Lead all aspects of the content management system (CMS) to maintain and update website content, SEO, ensuring it is optimized for both user experience and search engine visibility. Google Ads Management (SEM): Develop, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns, analyzing performance data to improve ROI.
Email Marketing:
Build and implement email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and performance analysis.
Conversion Optimization:
Brainstorm and implement A/B tests and other experiments to improve website and campaign conversion rates.
Reporting and Analysis:
Provide regular reports and insights on the efficiency of digital marketing activities.
Tasks and Qualifications:
Qualifications Minimum of 2 -3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, including campaign management, SEO, and Google Ads. Solid understanding of website management using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress). Experience using Salesforce and Marketing CRM platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Marketo) Analytical mentality with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Excellent communication and project management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. E-commerce experience is a plus.
