Salary:

88-110K, dependent on experience This role is critical to managing the full product lifecycle, supporting field teams, and enhancing the overall customer experience from pre-sale through implementation. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration abilities, and a deep understanding of the healthcare or medical device industry.

Product Manager Key Responsibilities:

Represent the voice of the customer during R D projects to ensure product specs align with market needs. Develop and implement marketing strategies to support revenue and growth objectives.

Manage product lifecycle:

pricing, forecasting, promotion, and positioning. Analyze market trends and competitive landscape; communicate insights to sales and marketing teams. Prepare and lead cross-functional product launches, coordinating with Sales, Supply Chain, Legal, and Compliance. Support the sales force with product training, strategy, and field-based customer problem-solving. Create tools, templates, and value-based messaging to improve sales effectiveness and customer engagement. Identify growth opportunities and present business cases for new or enhanced products. Lead initiatives to improve the customer experience; conduct annual satisfaction surveys. Provide support for complaint tracking and regulatory reporting.

Product Manager Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required; Medical Technologist certification or experience preferred. 4-6 years of experience in product management, marketing, or medical device sales. Strong knowledge of diagnostic or hemostasis products a plus. Proficient in Excel, BI tools, project management, and presentation software. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Must be able to travel up to 50%, including international.
