Social Media Marketing Specialist (Cross-Trained Front Desk Role) Golden Rose Wellness and Medical Spa Apopka, FL 32703 Do you live and breathe content creation and love connecting with people face-to-face? We’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist with a passion for aesthetics and wellness—who’s also willing to be cross-trained at the front desk to support day-to-day patient care and scheduling. This is a hybrid role where you’ll not only help grow our digital presence, but also become part of our on-site guest experience. You’ll work closely with Dr. Kimberly Ayala Vega to highlight the Golden Rose experience across platforms—while also helping welcome patients, schedule visits, and contribute to our monthly growth goals. Social Media & Marketing Create and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts Write engaging, informative captions and scripts for Reels and videos Collaborate on ads, campaigns, and newsletters with a focus on conversion Manage DMs, comments, and replies to engage leads and nurture relationships Record, edit, and post photo/video content highlighting treatments and success stories Use our CRM ( Prospyr ) to send email/SMS marketing and track campaign results Front Desk (Cross-Trained Support) Answer phone calls and patient inquiries professionally Check in and check out patients, schedule appointments, and collect payments Talk knowledgeably about treatments (Botox, fillers, peels, etc.) and upsell memberships or packages Help meet our clinic’s monthly KPIs , with performance-based bonuses You’re a

Great Fit If You:

Have experience in aesthetics, wellness, or medspa marketing Are bilingual (English & Spanish preferred) but not required Are confident with Canva, CapCut, InShot, Meta Suite, and CRM platforms Are outgoing, creative, and comfortable being on camera or directing patient video content Understand how to speak about Botox vs. Daxxify, weight loss programs, skin rejuvenation treatments , and more Can stay organized, friendly, and focused in a multitasking front desk environment

Compensation:

Hourly Pay:

$17-$19/hour based on experience

Commission Bonuses:

Based on social engagement, conversions, and clinic KPI goals
