- Knowledge of Baptist hymns and contemporary gospel songs
- Adapt musical arrangements to suit church environment
- Engage with the congregation and create an enjoyable and interactive experience

Requirements:

- Proficiency in playing piano
- Strong musical skills, including sight-reading, improvisation, and the ability to play by ear
- Experience performing in live settings
- Knowledge of music theory and the ability to read sheet music a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
