• Position Summary As a Dog Daycare & Boarding Attendant, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive and personalized experience for our pups and their people.

From supervising group play to posting daily social media updates, you’ll help bring our Posh Pack experience to life. This is a great fit for someone with prior professional dog-handling experience who enjoys structure, creativity, and a team-oriented workplace.•

Key Details Starting Pay:

$14.00/hour during trial and probationary period

Pay Increase:

Considered after probation if it’s the right fit

Job Type:

Part-time (10-25 paid hours/week minimum, with room to grow) positions grow based on skills and other.

Work Setting:

In-person | Cage-free suites | Small, consistent pack

Shifts:

Schedule:

Weekdays required; some weekends, doubles, and holidays required Schedule released weekly Must be flexible and available for last-minute call-ins, as this is a small daycare and each team member plays an essential role

• Responsibilities Supervise and engage with dogs during group play to ensure safety and fun Understand and respond to dog behavior and group dynamics Feed and administer medication as directed (rarely needed) Track meals, potty breaks, and emotional/behavioral observations Maintain cleanliness of suites, play areas, dishes, and laundry Create and post daily social media content (photos, stories, reels) Communicate clearly and professionally with pet parents Assist with check-ins/outs, birthday parties, enrichment activities Follow our weekly structure while staying adaptable to pack needs Cleaning is a biggie in this position•Requirements High school diploma or GED Prior experience in a professional dog care setting (daycare, boarding, vet, etc.

) Experience using Canva and social media apps (Instagram, Facebook, Reels, etc.) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay physically active for the full shift Strong communication and teamwork skills Dependable, flexible, respectful, and ready to follow leadership Must be reliable and have flexible availability to support a small, hands-on team environment Creative mindset with a passion for dogs and an eye for detail Cleaning duties are 70% of this job
