Grooming Salon Assistant/Receptionist Position Available In Merrimack, New Hampshire

Grooming Salon Assistant/Receptionist Pawtopia Pet Grooming Concord, NH 03301 Are you a dog lover with great customer service skills? We are looking for a friendly and organized individual to join our team at our busy dog grooming salon!

Pay:

$15 per hour

Full-time or Part-time Saturdays Mandatory Responsibilities:

Greet and check in/out grooming clients Schedule grooming appointments Communicate with clients via telephone, email, and text Process payments and handle cash/register Maintain cleanliness of the front desk area, and assist with general salon clean up Assist with retail inventory and sales Provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

Strong communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Must be reliable and detail-oriented Proficient in computer skills, and Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Docs/Sheets Previous customer service experience is a plus
