Our shop is a space where barbers are respected as artists and entrepreneurs—with clear paths to leadership, location management, and even ownership. ⸻ Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Barber/Stylist at BLEND – Men’s Grooming & Spa in Jersey City, NJ. You’ll provide personalized grooming services including cutting, styling, beard work, and color enhancements. Your day-to-day includes client consultations, executing high-quality cuts and trims, maintaining a clean and professional work area, and delivering top-tier customer service. You’ll use Vagaro software to manage appointments and client history. We also encourage product knowledge and upselling to support clients between visits. This role comes with paid vacation and, for the right candidate, the opportunity to partner in ownership as we expand. ⸻ Qualifications
- Skilled in hair cutting, fades, tapers, beard trims, and styling
- Experience with color enhancements and/or enhancements preferred
- Licensed barber or cosmetologist
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Familiarity with Vagaro or similar booking systems Experience or interest in men’s grooming and high-end client service
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, growth-minded environment
- Interest in leadership, business growth, and potential shop partnership
