The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in hair braiding techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Hair Braider, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients’ beauty experience while ensuring their satisfaction through high-quality service and care. Booth rental is preferred. Duties Perform various hair braiding styles, ensuring precision and creativity to meet client preferences. Provide additional services such as hair extensions, hair threading, and eyelash extensions as needed. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment to uphold health and safety standards. Engage with clients to understand their needs, offering expert advice on hair care and styling options. Upsell products and services that complement the client’s chosen style or treatment. Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries. Foster a welcoming environment for clients by providing excellent customer service throughout their visit. Requirements Proven experience in hair braiding with a strong portfolio showcasing various styles. Knowledge of nail care, barbering techniques, and retail sales is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Strong communication skills to effectively convey information about services and products. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A valid cosmetology license or certification is preferred but not mandatory.
