About the role:
The Spa Attendant plays an integral part of the functionality of the Four Seasons Spa and Fitness Center. As the winner of the Missouri’s Best Hotel Spa Award in 2024, we strive to go above and beyond with our services and facilities. The Spa Attendant is responsible for the cleanliness of the locker room, spa lounges, and fitness areas. They will provide guests with Spa tours and are expected to provide additional information and recommendations for various treatment options. The spa exudes all Four Seasons core and culture standards. This position will report to the Spa Manager, which is overseen by the Hotel’s Senior Spa Director.
What you will do:
Facility Tours:
Provide guests with a thorough walk-through of the spa to show all the services and amenities we have to offer
Spa Maintenance:
Cleaning the locker room/fitness areas, sweeping floors, and sanitizing surfaces
Amenities Management:
Monitoring spa amenities and restocking items as needed
Communication/Teamwork:
Working with team members to ensure guests are always taken care of What you bring: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail. Ability to maintain the cleanliness of the spa facilities. Excellent customer service skills to ensure guests have the best experience possible.
