Full Job Description Who We Are Looking For:

The Lash Lounge Tampa

• Odessa is seeking an experienced Eyebrow Threading Specialist to join our upscale salon in the Shoppes at Starkey Crossing.

We’re looking for someone who is confident and skilled in threading, with a strong eye for symmetry and brow shaping. If you have a steady hand, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for delivering clean, polished results, this is a great opportunity to work in a supportive, professional environment with a loyal and growing clientele. We focus on creating a welcoming space, offering high-quality services, and working together to maintain a positive and respectful work culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet clients and conduct brow consultations Perform facial threading services, including brows, upper lip, chin, and full face Shape and clean up brows with precision based on client preference and facial structure Educate guests on aftercare and maintenance Recommend additional services Maintain a clean, sanitary, and well-stocked work station Participate in overall salon cleanliness, including laundry and common areas Accurately document service notes in the salon system Assist with promoting salon services during special events and client interactions Follow all Lash Lounge protocols, safety, and sanitation standards

REQUIREMENTS

Active Florida Cosmetology or Esthetics license (REQUIRED) Proven experience in threading (REQUIRED) Strong brow shaping and detailing skills Comfortable with recommending and upselling services and retail Excellent customer service and communication skills Professional demeanor and a team-focused mindset Punctual, dependable, and organized Open to additional training and willing to follow brand protocols Able to pass a background check

DESIRED:

Prior salon experience with a steady clientele
