The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all laundry is cleaned, pressed, and presented to the highest standards. This role is crucial in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of linens and garments, particularly in a hotel environment. A background in dry cleaning is a plus, but not mandatory. Responsibilities Operate washing machines and dryers to launder linens, towels, and garments. Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron items according to established procedures. Ensure all items are cleaned thoroughly and presented in a neat manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area. Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to management. Adhere to safety protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment. Assist with inventory management of laundry supplies. Requirements Previous experience in a laundry or dry cleaning environment is preferred. Familiarity with hotel laundry operations is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
