Position Summary:

Margaritaville Resort Orlando is seeking an experienced, service-driven Spa Director to lead the operations of our St. Somewhere Spa. The ideal candidate will bring energy, innovation, and a passion for wellness to ensure exceptional guest experiences while driving business performance. This leader will oversee spa services, retail, and wellness programming while developing a high-performing team and promoting our laid-back, tropical lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily spa operations, including massage, skincare, salon, and retail areas Lead, train, and inspire a team of service professionals to deliver exceptional guest experiences Develop and manage departmental budgets, staffing levels, and revenue goals Design and implement wellness programs, promotions, and guest engagement strategies Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations Collaborate with resort leadership to enhance overall guest satisfaction and drive business results

Qualifications:
