Adoption Counselor 2.5 2.5 out of 5 stars 9501 Black Bear Trl, Fort Smith, AR 72916 ## Overview We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals find their next best friend. ## Duties
- Provide counseling for animal adoption and fostering
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Show animals to potential adopters
- Maintain accurate and confidential records
- Collaborate with other associates to create pathways for foster and adoptions
Preferred Skills:
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work with diverse populations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Veterinary or animal care background
