We’re looking for a Veterinary Receptionist/Assistant to become an integral part of our hospital family! What You’ll Do:

Client Service & Front Desk Support:

Be the welcoming face and voice of our hospital, managing client check-ins, phone calls, emails, and messages. Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently while educating clients on basic veterinary care. Process invoices and payments, ensuring accurate documentation. Assist with prescription refills and client questions under veterinary supervision.

Patient Care & Veterinary Assistance:

Support our doctors and technicians with patient handling, restraint, and preparation for exams. Prepare lab samples, administer vaccines, and dispense prescriptions as directed. Provide attentive care to hospitalized and surgical patients. Help maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked hospital environment. Assist in our grooming salon with bathing, drying, and pet restraint.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years in the veterinary field preferred. ✅

Skills:

Excellent multitasking, communication, and problem-solving abilities. ✅

Passion:

A genuine love for animals and a commitment to outstanding patient care. ✅

Flexibility:

Ability to work a variety of shifts, including 8-10 hour shifts, Monday-Friday. ✅

Availability:
