Animal Care Technician Lumpkin County Board of Commissioners Dahlonega, GA 30533 The Lumpkin County Animal Shelter has an opening for the position of Animal Care Technician. If you are interested working full time controlling and caring for stray and abandoned animals, this position may interest you. Our Animal Shelter operates seven days per week and employees must be willing to be flexible regarding work schedules. Experience with Excel, Word and PowerPoint is helpful; routine duties include the medical care of impounded animals, grooming, and the maintenance, cleaning and sanitizing of cages.
