The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hair restoration procedures. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient care. What you get to do with us: Assist in performing hair restoration procedures, including FUE, with precision and attention to detail. Prepare and maintain a sterile surgical environment, ensuring all instruments and supplies are properly sterilized and organized. Extract and implant hair follicles under a microscope, adhering to established protocols and safety standards. Monitor patient comfort and safety during procedures, providing reassurance and support as needed. Educate patients on pre-operative and post-operative care, addressing any questions or concerns to ensure optimal recovery. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting procedures and outcomes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

What we are looking for:

3+ years of recent, hands-on experience in hair restoration procedures. Proficiency in working under a microscope and performing meticulous hair follicle dissection. Must have skills and experience in FUE In-depth knowledge of scalp anatomy, hair growth patterns, and the nuances of various hair types. Exceptional manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide compassionate patient care.
