Position Summary:

ATB Technologies is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing sales team. This role is responsible for managing the full sales lifecycle—from identifying new business opportunities to closing deals and onboarding clients. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a consultative sales approach and a passion for delivering tailored IT solutions that solve real business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and manage the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and onboarding. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic outreach, networking, referrals, and inbound lead follow-up. Conduct discovery meetings to understand prospective clients’ business challenges and align ATB’s IT solutions accordingly. Develop and deliver tailored presentations and proposals that clearly communicate the value of ATB’s services. Collaborate with internal technical teams to scope solutions and ensure alignment with client expectations. Maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurately forecast revenue opportunities using CRM tools. Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to position ATB as a trusted advisor. Represent ATB Technologies at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build brand awareness and generate leads. Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of professional sales experience, preferably in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or IT staffing environment. Demonstrated success in a solutions selling role, with the ability to understand complex client needs and position tailored IT services effectively. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving new business growth. Strong understanding of the IT services landscape, including infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and support solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with executive-level stakeholders. Highly organized and self-motivated, with exceptional time management and follow-through. Proficiency with CRM systems and sales productivity tools. Bachelor’s degree required; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
