We’ve spent the last 5 years building massive trust and credibility with these leaders. But we’ve never asked them for a dime, because we didn’t have anything to sell them… Until now.

30MPC Training Courses In Q1, we launched our first on-demand training courses. These weren’t just another set of low-budget home movies that could’ve been YouTube videos. These were the best of the best sales techniques we’ve learned interviewing hundreds of top 1% sellers on the 30MPC podcast. The courses sold like crazy, and when Sales Leaders heard about them, they started lining up to buy them for their whole teams. We (Nick and Armand) have spent the last 6 months building out a full 30MPC Course library and perfecting the motion to sell team-wide course bundles to Sales Teams. Now, we’re hiring a team of Account Executives to help us scale. Interested? Let’s dive in:

Your Role:

You’ll be selling directly alongside me (Nick) and Armand on our founding team of Commercial AEs as we scale our Course Business. To succeed, you’ll need to be maniacal about building pipeline. We pick up the phone every day while our competition hides behind email and waits for inbound.

Good news:

the VPs you’ll be calling already trust and respect our brand. It’s not like you’re cold calling angry CISOs who’ve never heard of your company before. You’ll own your full sales cycle end-to-end (this is a closing role) and learn to sell the 30MPC way.

You’ll have more fun selling here than anywhere else in your sales career.

What You Bring:

You have 2-4 years of sales experience, ideally in tech. You run outcome-oriented discovery calls and know selling is more than just fluffy rapport building. You can hold your ground with a tough VP and don’t get rattled when they ask you for an 80% discount. You have a strong “figure it out” muscle and are comfortable operating amidst change and ambiguity. When problems arise (spoiler: they will!), you’re the first to look for solutions. Benefits, Pay, Location Starting OTE for this role is $120,000+ (60k base; 60k variable)

Location:
