Summary
The Associate Client Relationship Manager

  • Show Organizer Event Logistics is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.

You will pursue new and repeat business while identifying new and up-selling opportunities while providing clients will a well-rounded planning and service experience. You will be the lead role in the planning and execution of events, providing support, consultation, and high-level logistics coordination. You will execute the event plan in alignment with the client’s budget.
This position will support our Client Relationships group under our Growth (Sales) team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 3-4 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of any of the following locations:

  • Atlanta, GA
  • Orlando, FL Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Based on location, able to book events up to $1 million annually
  • Perform outbound sales calls, lead follow-up and sales qualifying
  • Pursue sales opportunities with new and existing Show Organizer customers
  • Manages client requirements, expectations, and scope changes per event
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure our client success
  • Primarily sells and produces events in a local market
  • Travels to show location to manage event from move-in through move-out
  • Responsible for accurate and timely invoicing to client
  • Maintains knowledge of all products and service offerings and identify additional lines of business for new and existing clients
  • Quotes prices and manages budgets
  • Responds to RFPs &/or RFIs
  • Creates proposals and contracts
  • Translates client requirements by working within internal systems to ensure requirements are delivered to the appropriate departments in a timely manner to ensure successful onsite execution
  • Responsible to maintain and grow partnerships with facilities/venues
  • Entertains clients as necessary
    Education & Experience
  • 6+ months of related sales, account management, or project management experience
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn multiple internal and external systems
  • Multi-task multiple events at a time
  • Working knowledge of all Microsoft software applications
    Travel Requirements
    Travel up to 25%
