Join NPHub as a Territory Account Manager and leverage your nursing background to develop and maintain relationships with our preceptors, ensuring their needs are met and their experience with us is exceptional. You will be the primary point of contact for the preceptors within your assigned territory, providing product expertise and addressing any concerns or issues that arise. In addition to being an Account Manager, you will become a Territory Expert, gaining a deep understanding of your assigned area to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth. Collaborate with teams, such as Marketing, to develop targeted sourcing strategies for outbound leads within your territory, building a robust pipeline of potential new clients. To be successful in this role, you should have a customer-focused mindset and be able to build and maintain strong relationships with other Nurse Practitioners. Your nursing experience will be invaluable in understanding and addressing the needs of our preceptors and students. You should also be a predictive and strategic thinker, able to analyze data on high student demand areas and replacement needs to develop and execute effective sales strategies. Why NPHub?

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for preceptors within your territory, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. Build and maintain strong relationships with preceptors to enhance NPHub’s reputation. Ensure timely completion of all paperwork by preceptors and maintain accurate profiles and availability through regular outreach. Utilize NPHub’s preceptor utilization tool to understand current preceptor utilization and meet needs appropriately. Stay updated with university policies to expedite the preceptor onboarding process. Meet the monthly metric of outbound leads through sourcing referrals from current and past preceptors, resume leads through platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn, and utilizing tools like Sales Navigator and InTouch. Collaborate with the student success team to facilitate student and preceptor placements. Maximize net profit for your territory by identifying high student demand areas and replacement needs.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience :
2+ years in a sales position, preferably with a nursing background.
Credentials :
Nurse Practitioner (NP) required.
Skills :
Proven ability to develop and execute sales plans to achieve territory goals. Strong cross-selling and upselling skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills. Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
Personality :
Aggressive, self-starter mentality with a positive attitude. Competitive and hungry for success.
Teamwork :
Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across functions.
Bonus :
Experience with Pipedrive CRM or equivalent CRM.
