Account Manager you will:
Ensureoutstanding customer service is provided to clients, both directlyand by other members of the production team Communicate closelywith Producers and act as key liaison with clients to assess needsand provide solutions Oversee, facilitate or execute new/renewalmarketing process Design detailed analyses and presentations forprospect/client meetings Develop educational materials includingBenefit Enrollment Guides Review SPD’s and agreements/contracts foraccuracy Assist clients with resources relative to HIPAA, COBRA,FLEX, ERISA, etc. Handle any claim resolutions and planadministration problems Filing, file set-up, file maintenance inAgency Management and Imaging System Our future colleague. We’dlove to meet you if your professional track record includes theseskills: 5-7 years previous insurance industry experience with atleast 2-3 years in a brokerage or agency environment Excellentpresentation, written, communication, and customer service skillsPrevious experience working with small groups preferred Proficientwith Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook Ability tolearn Agency Management and Imaging Systems A shared commitment tocompany values; Integrity, Collaboration, Passion, Innovation,Accountability Life & Health license required We know there areexcellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes.
